Guests appreciated how the hotel has its own car park, and said it's very spacious. They also commented that they felt at ease about leaving their vehicles in it and thought it was very handy to not have to deal with off-site parking.

Guests frequently commented about the comfortable beds. They thought the mattresses were supportive and soft, and agreed that the sheets were better than expected. With these things in mind, you can look forward to pleasant slumbers.

Generally, guests thought the hotel and the rooms were kept very clean. This sentiment was similarly expressed regardless of if they were just staying for one night and only saw how their rooms looked upon arrival, or if they stayed for several consecutive nights and had the rooms serviced between them.

Guests were disappointed to discover that there is no lift in this property. If you struggle with stairs, it's a good idea to specifically request a ground-floor room in advance. Although some guests were able to be switched into other rooms after they arrived and saw the building's setup, that was not possible in all circumstances, and sometimes led to great frustration.

Some guests stayed in rooms with bunk beds. They often gave feedback to say they were never made up, either immediately after arrival, or once the housekeepers had serviced the rooms. This reality  made guests get annoyed because they said the bunk beds were hard to reach.

Guests complained that their rooms reminded them of prison cells and were just too stark. Many guest thought the environment was depressing and tried to do little more than sleep in the rooms.
