Hôtel Des Trois Gares (Paris, France)

If you are looking for a hotel amongst the locals, you'll find this location to be excellent. There are two major outdoor markets, picnic spots along the canal, affordable restaurants and perfect cafes where you can participate in Paris' most popular sport: people-watching!

Bastille is definitely one of the most connected areas of the city. Guests can walk to Gare de Lyon for trains to southern France and international destinations while the Bastille metro station has direct trains to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde, Arc du Triomphe, Champs de Mars and Gare du Nord.

Even though some guests have mentioned that the rooms are a bit basic, nearly every guest has praised the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities.

While the majority of guests were very satisfied with the hotel, especially its location on a quiet side street, others found that the walls were a wee bit thin.

If you are looking for large and spacious rooms in Paris on a budget, you may find it nearly impossible. While the rooms at this hotel may be on the smaller side, guests have found that if you are only spending one or two nights there then you should be just fine.

While the hotel is highly praised, the number one complaint from previous guests was the fact that the elevator was far too small and could only fit one person at a time.
