This hotel is so central that you won't have to take your car out of the car park after checking in. There are plenty of shopping opportunities right by the hotel, and if you fancy a meal or a drink, you're spoiled for choice in this neighborhood.

The people that work at this hotel are some of the most customer focused staff you will ever meet. Nothing is too much to ask of them, and they are only too willing to help out no matter what your problem might be.

The most important meal of the day is done very well at this hotel where the breakfast buffet is said to be delicious. There are plenty of options, and no matter what you want to eat, the chances are that you can get it here.

There have been guests that have arrived at this hotel to find that their rooms have been sold or that their confirmed rates had increased. There have also been billing issues with some overcharging or charging for items that weren't purchased.

The rooms aren't insulated very well at this hotel, and many guests have complained about the noise from the street making it through the windows. This is not ideal for light sleepers so if you are staying here then pack your earplugs.

Some people that have stayed here noted that while the rooms look clean, they are in fact not that clean at all. Dirty sheets, mold in the bathroom, and un-emptied trash cans were just some of the problems encountered.
