The staff at the front desk are very polite and friendly and love to stop and chat with the guests. They have a very pleasant manner that makes guests feel at home from the moment they walk into the lobby.

The breakfast buffet at this hotel is a good solid meal. You can eat cold or hot items, and all are fresh and well prepared. It's a great way to start a day of sightseeing, and the best part is that it's all included in your room rate.

The Gallery Menu is just like a room service menu with the only difference being that you must pick up the food yourself. It's perfect for those that arrive late at night, or that like to eat snacks at odd hours.

The rooms at this hotel have an unused feel to them that doesn't impress guests. There's some mold in places, and the air con units have a damp smell when turned on. Not exactly welcoming when first arriving in your room.

Some guests had problems with the way that the rooms were cleaned and felt that there could have been more effort put in by the cleaning staff. The found dirty sheets and bathrooms that hadn't been cleaned properly for quite some time.

This hotel could be a great place if it was looked after a little more carefully. There are some obvious maintenance issues throughout the building that make the place feel more like a motel than a hotel.
