The hotel is a popular venue for wedding receptions and some guests experienced noise disturbances from parties held in the function rooms. Loud music prevented guests from getting a good night’s sleep, particularly those whose rooms were close to the fun

Guests who stayed at the hotel during the warmer weather complained about feeling too hot in their rooms due to a lack of air conditioning units. Many objected to not being given fans and that some of the windows couldn’t be opened properly.
