About Hotel Honucai

Hotel Honucai is the new boutique hotel from Gallery Hoteles group, rated 4*S and with 78 rooms of Mediterranean design. It is located in Colònia de Sant Jordi, in south-east Mallorca, right on the seafront promenade and facing the Es Dolç and Es Carbó beaches. The hotel’s name comes from the Hawaiian word “honu-kai” (sea turtle), in tribute to the native species whose population is recovering on the island. Hotel Honucai stands out by virtue of its customer service and care, and it has two iconic spaces to enjoy fine cuisine. Salicornia restaurant offers seafood and specialises in rice dishes, and The Top is a rooftop bar with infinity pool that offers world cuisine and cocktails, and from which you can enjoy incredible panoramic views over the sea and the harbour.
