The rooms are spacious and the layout is well-planned, with connecting rooms for families or groups being available, to the point that some guests felt that they were staying in a home rather than a room in the hotel. The beds are large and comfortable and the level of cleanliness is high in both the rooms and the bathrooms.

The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome upon arrival. They create a warm atmosphere that is enjoyable to be a part of and are happy to help with any requests or queries.

Guests were very complimentary towards the complimentary buffet-style breakfast that was available every morning, citing its numerous, freshly cooked and prepared food options as being a positive attribute of staying at this hotel. There is a wide variety of choice for those who wish to eat a healthier breakfast and all options are delicious.

Some guests found that housekeeping staff did not visit frequently and would recommend requesting their services if future guests would like their room to be frequently cleaned.

While the proximity to the hotel is a convenient aspect of staying at this hotel, the noise generated by the planes can be annoying and some guests found that they could not open their windows without hearing aircrafts taking off and landing.

The Wi-Fi was described by some guests as being on the slow side and its connectivity was unreliable however, this was not a huge problem for the vast majority of guests who gave very positive reviews and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
