Right in the middle of Reykjavik.
Home is said to have a fantastic location, just a short wander away from plenty of tasty temptations, bars, cafes on the main shopping street outside. Guests also said it was close for exploring downtown attractions like Hallgrimskirkja, and handy for bus pick-ups when making day trips out into the countryside.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Reception difficult to find, unstaffed.
A small number of those who stayed at Home mentioned that it was a little hard to find the reception area, which is located a short way away from the apartments. On top of this, some guests were disappointed to sometimes find that the reception was not open when they wanted to make an enquiry.
negative:
Nightlife and neighbour noise.
The soundproofing is apparently not the best, according to some people, with other guests occasionally heard from the apartments. However, the nightclub and noise from the main street outside were the main disturbing culprits, especially in the weekend.
negative:
Not what they thought they would get.
A handful of guests were unhappy to find that the apartment they got was not the one they saw online; and in particular, the concrete-styled bathrooms in some apartments, or the low-platform beds in others were not always popular.
