Many guests have enjoyed their meals at this hotel, saying that the restaurant is outstanding. The menus are quite diverse in the hotel's restaurant, giving guests plenty of options when selecting a meal, as well.

Past guests have been impressed by the hotel's pool area, saying that it is well taken care of and provides an excellent venue at which to spend a day. The fact that there is a poolside bar was an added bonus for guests of this property.

There have been complaints about there not being enough light in the rooms. The light bulbs are said to be quite dim in these rooms and, in addition, there isn't a whole lot of natural light that makes its way into the rooms at this hotel.

This hotel isn't located in the safest part of Santiago, so guests have been wary about venturing out by themselves after dark. Although the hotel itself is secure, there is lots of crime in the surrounding area of which guests should be aware.

Guests have mentioned that a fair amount of noise makes its way into the rooms from the street below, which these guests found disruptive. It has been mentioned, however, that this noise can be avoided by asking for a room at the back of the hotel.
