negative:
Rooms starting to age
The guestrooms appear a bit outdated with several factors adding to this impression. Several guests noted that the air-conditioners in their rooms weren't efficient enough or not working at all. Carpets were stained and some had a bit of an odor, which guests stated could be due to the fact that the hotel allow pets. Moreover, water pressure seemed to be an issue for several guests and a few noted that the wallpaper should be replaced soon.
negative:
Noise concerns
The walls were reported to be quite thin, so that guests could overhear others' conversations, and the air-conditioners were said to be rattling quite a bit.
negative:
Minor housekeeping complaints
A few guests weren't completely pleased with housekeeping services, as they found the bathrooms a little unclean and towels weren't exchanged as often as desired.
