    Beautiful Building

    As one of New Orleans first skyscapers and a former Grand Masonic temple the building is steeped in history and Hilton has preserved many original and historic features of the building. A number of previous guests commented on their appreciation for the preservation efforts.

    Some guests had a very bad experience during their stay due to the old air-conditioning units which consistently broke down. The hotel accommodated all requests to move rooms or was able to fix the units so that guest comfort was maintained.

The majority of complaints were about the moldy bathrooms, lack of water and poor water pressure, faucets not working or dripping and the lack of ventilation in bathrooms.
