Guests were pleased to find that the size of their rooms exceeded their expectations as many said they had ample room to move around as well as to stow away belongings. The en-suites were described as being tastefully decorated with elegant pieces of furniture and quality upholstery.

Many were pleased to find numerous recreational facilities on the premises such as two swimming pools which were said to be clean and of decent size. Guests who visited the on-site gym said that they were impressed with the variety of modern and up-to-date equipment.

The hotel is located in the Melville business district which suited many who came here to attend corporate events and meetings. Being only a short distance from a large shopping mall as well as popular landmarks such as golf courses and museums, the Hilton proved a convenient choice for those keen to visit the local attractions and amenities.

Although the rooms have been described as being recently refurbished, many mentioned that the bathrooms were in need of modernization as guests objected to the dated suites and the basic fixtures which looked like they were in a state of disrepair.

Guests said that the overall hygiene levels were not of a high level as many noticed dust on the surfaces and unclean floors. Many remarked that the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned by the housekeeping staff as they noticed hairs in the plug holes and water marks on the mirrors.

The hotel is a popular venue for events and wedding receptions with many stating that the facilities can get quite crowded particularly at weekends when parties are being held on-site.
