It included pastries, bagels, fresh fruits, scrambled/boiled eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes, yoghurt, French toast, oatmeal, dry cereal, juices and coffee among others. It was more than enough to gear up the guests for the entire day.
All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Most of the guests found their professionalism to be commendable. They were welcoming and their smile was very contagious. Guests were more than happy with being assisted about the information and directions of the town and nearby places.
Majority of the guests felt that the hotel is very affordable and worth every penny paid, especially in that area of the county. Rooms were spacious and had basic amenities. Beds were very comfortable. Room service was very prompt.
The heat/air conditioner system is a vent-less wall unit making it very loud. Guests could not sleep because of the noise. Moreover, there was a lot of noise from the busy road next to the hotel, which was also a huge cause of disturbance. Having thicker walls would have been better for noise insulation.
Most of the guests were disappointed with the poor Wi-Fi connection as it kept disconnecting time and again. It was a Herculean task to connect to the Wi-Fi.
The entire hotel had a run-down look and needed some upgradation. Bathrooms were also in a bad state. Carpets were old and some ironing boards were torn.
