Hotel Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown (Savannah, USA)

The staff at the front desk and the concierge are extremely professional yet incredibly friendly to all of the guests. They know their town and have plenty of valuable information on getting around the city and seeing the sights.

This hotel is very well maintained and represents good value for money for many guests. They feel that it is worth staying outside the Historic District to get such a great hotel with such wonderful amenities and rooms.

The food at the restaurant whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner is said to be delicious and good value. There is a buffet at lunch that some guests have described as the best lunch in town which is no mean feat.

Some guests have had difficulty in getting the rooms that they had booked before arriving and found that the hotel's reservation practices could do with some fine tuning.

The free on-site parking is a great bonus for those that are driving, but it isn't a very big lot so you may find that there are no spaces when you arrive. This is not ideal as you could end up paying for parking which is a charge you may not have planned for.

Everything in the hotel must be paid for except the coffee in the room and the lobby. The breakfast is a paid meal, and the poor Wi-Fi signal means that if you want a working connection you have to pay for it. Not good for such an expensive hotel.
