Guests were clearly very impressed with the job the hotel’s housekeeping staff did. They mentioned that their room was immaculately clean when they checked in and that the public areas of the hotel were keep very clean as well.

The overwhelming majority of guests were very happy with the location of the hotel. The main reason was undoubtedly the fact they it was so close to the interstate exit. Guests found that this made travel throughout the Montgomery area that much easier. also often mentioned was that there was some descent shopping and dining in the area, so they never really needed to  go all the way into Montgomery.

Those who brought up the question of value for money were generally very happy with the value they received during their stay. While no guests said that they felt the room rates were low, they felt that the level of service and the facility itself were of such a high standard that they far exceeded the price they paid.

Guests were really not happy that the hotel’s breakfast was not complimentary. Again and again, they mentioned that they really expected it to be free of charge, like most other hotels in this category – especially in view of what they considered quite high room rates.
