The staff members were found to be friendly people and who tried their best to accommodate guests with their needs. They gave information of the area and advice on places to eat near the hotel.

The hotel’s location is said to be convenient for most guests who stayed here. They were happy to have the highway close by to travel to other places. They also enjoyed having various eateries and a mall nearby.

The rooms were found to be cozy and comfy by most guests who stayed here. The rooms were nice and spacious for families to stay in. They were satisfied with the furnishings and the beds were particularly comfortable.

The heater and a/c system was found to not work properly by guests who were annoyed with the process of running the air systems. Some found this to be annoying that they could not get either cooling or heating to work correctly. It was either too cold or hot.

Guests were a bit annoyed that the price a night was a bit above what they are used to. They felt they have paid less for the same type of rooms and did not enjoy having to pay extra for things like breakfast.
