Negative Reviews
negative:
Some TLC Required
While the vast majority their stay entirely, some guests are of the opinion that the facilities are not entirely synonymous with the brand. Small guestrooms are not the best equipped, with limited storage and hanging space, while some public areas are in need of a deep clean.
negative:
Tiresome Trains
One of very few persistent issues arises from the lack of sufficient sound insulation at this property. This walls mean that TVs and conversations in adjacent rooms are occasionally audible, while the whistle of passing trains from the nearby railway lines goes on through the night, disturbing some.
negative:
No Airport Shuttle
Occasionally, a guest bemoans the lack of an shuttle service. Although the airport is close, some feel a complimentary shuttle (which is standard at many hotels of the same chain) would be a simple enough one to provide and one that would facilitate a much better experience.
