Hotel Heritage Inn San Diego (San Diego, USA)

This Heritage Inn location is well situated for guests that wish to explore all that San Diego has to offer; guests are within walking distance of a number of San Diego's more renowned attractions, such as the SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants are also easily accessible by foot and guests can use the nearby Midway-Pacific Highway to visit San Diego's city center and the vibrant Gaslamp District with relative ease.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide great customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy. They are attentive and will respond to any requests or queries guests may have regarding the area.

Many guests considered the price of a stay at this Heritage Inn to be very good value; the rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. A number of amenities such as a complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi and access to an outdoor swimming pool as well as complimentary self-parking ensure that a stay at this hotel is very good value for money.

A large number of guests were dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness in the rooms and feel that that the housekeeping staff should do a more diligent job of cleaning. The bedsheets are not as fresh as they could be and the carpets are stained and in need of a deep clean.

The hotel was found to be somewhat tired and in need of a modern makeover; many guests felt that the décor was dated and that the furnishings needed replacing.

Many guests found roaches in their rooms and were soured on their experience here because of this. Not every guest has found roaches though.
