Homey and comfortable rooms
Clean, comfortable, and homey were the words used by guests to describe the rooms here. The property has been recently renovated so rooms were spotlessly clean with modern furnishings and small patio outside. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa.

No lift in the building
The absence of lift in this building was an issue to most guests especially to those assigned on the third floor and to those who had mobility issues. It was challenging for them to climb up and down the stairs after a tiring day of touring.

Exterior of the inn needs upgrade
The interior of this place was superb but guests commented that the exterior needed renovation because it looked outdated and bland. Previous guests expressed that this issue could give negative impression to future guests and might possibly shoo them away.
negative:
No free parking facility
Guests were a bit disappointed because the private parking was not free and very limited. They were charged extra for the parking space, which was always almost full and tight, causing inconvenience to many guests.
