Positive Reviews
positive:

Best Western Greentree Inn offers a range of rooms and suites which are kept in excellent condition by well-trained and diligent housekeeping staff. All appliances and furnishing in rooms are also clean and well-maintained.
positive:
Professional front desk.
The 24-hour front desk is manned by very professional hotel personnel who clearly enjoy their jobs and are well-versed in customer service. Staff are very approachable and go out of their way to ensure that all guests get everything they need for a comfortable and trouble-free stay.
positive:
Great location.
The location of this hotel is one of its main draw-cards and is popular, not only with visitors to the university, but also those attending one of the many events that are held in the area. The convenience of being able to get around on foot in a safe and relatively quiet area is definitely makes the stay even better.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No elevator.
A big downside to Best Western Greentree Inn is the lack of
an elevator on the property to make accessing the second and third floors
easier. Any travelers with movement difficulties, large amounts of luggage or
elderly travelers, would do well to rather stick to booking on the ground
floor.
negative:
Dated décor.
The overall look of the hotel as well as the décor, carpeting and color scheme in the rooms is very dated and in need of a refresher. Carpets are also old and, in most cases, need to be replaced.
negative:
Small parking lot.
The free onsite parking lot is a little bit on the small
side and often makes maneuvering quite difficult. This issue is somewhat exacerbated
when the University of Oregon or the nearby stadium has an event and people not
staying at the hotel use this parking lot.
