Recent renovations to the rooms at the Best Western Haven Glebe seem to have left guests in little doubt that there's a good standard of accommodation to be enjoyed here. The rooms are clean and spacious with an impressive selection of amenities.

Although some guests thought the hotel was hard to find, its location in a residential area leads some guests to mention that the property offers a taste of Sydney living. There's a great choice of shops, cafes and markets nearby and the proximity to the train station and bus routes make it easy to explore further afield.

Guests find the service offered by hotel staff is impressive, with many commenting that the staff were quick to help with any issues brought to their attention or offer tips and advice for the local area.

During 2015, numerous reviews mention that on-going construction work caused some disruption. This work is now complete, so any less than favourable remarks regarding this issue can now be discounted when determining whether to book this hotel.

Guests mention the limited amount of car parking available at the hotel. It seems that if you don't think ahead and book parking in advance, you will struggle to park at or near the hotel.

Rooms facing onto Glebe Point Road are often said to be fairly noisy thanks to the amount of traffic in the area. Renovations have tried to address this problem but it's worth asking for a room on the quieter side of the hotel to be safe.
