The staff are always very helpful and very welcoming with nothing too much trouble for them and the front desk in particular has been praised and the staff mentioned by name for always going out of their way to help guests such as giving them suggestions on what there is to see and do in the area.
There have been reports from previous guests that the bed linen has some stains and some guests also found hair on beds, but did not know if this was from previous guests or from housekeeping when making up the beds.
It is possible to hear guests in neighboring rooms which gives the impression that the walls are very thin and additionally when the hotel is busy with other guests the noise can drift down the hallway and disturb you in your room.
