The hotel is conveniently located within three miles of both the Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall both of which boast an impressive and extensive collection of shops. There is also a large selection of bars, cafes and restaurants for guests to explore and these are all within walking distance of the hotel. For guests who wish to travel to the vibrant and exciting areas of South Beach and Downtown Miami, they are a twenty five-minute drive from the hotel.

Guests receive a large number of complimentary amenities and services while staying at this Hampton Inn & Suites location and the amenities include a complimentary shuttle bus service that can take guests to the malls or the airport among other areas. A complimentary breakfast is also provided and guests can enjoy a free cookie with their complimentary coffee that is served in the lobby. Fitness facilities and a swimming pool are also on-site and Wi-Fi is free to use and accessible throughout the hotel. Overall, when considering all these amenities, guests found that a stay at this hotel was exceedingly good value.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. All staff, from those working on the front desk to those working in the hotel's on-site bars, are happy to accommodate guests and provide excellent customer service.

A number of guests found that the complimentary breakfast did not meet their expectations as the food choice was limited and the food itself was bland. However, a large number of guests enjoyed the breakfast and found it to be delicious.

The airport shuttle seems to have been either temporarily or permanently cancelled and many guests did not know this and found this to be an annoyance.

Some guests were disappointed by a stained carpet and felt that it should have been replaced or thoroughly cleaned.
