A number of guest reviewers who stayed at the hotel made special mention of its location in proximity to local attractions and local restaurants which they visited for dinner. There are number of restaurants across the road from the hotel and within easy walking distance.

Guest traveling with their children had a great time in the outdoor saltwater pool which was well maintained and cleaned by hotel staff and their reviews left appreciative comments highlighting this as the best part of their stay.

A number of reviews were very complimentary regarding the service that they received from staff at the hotel. It seems that staff at the hotel will go above an beyond their duties to make sure that their guests have a comfortable stay.

Some guests made comments about the small rooms, with some finding them very dark and dingy. Other complaints from previous guests were that the bathrooms were very small and did not offer very much amenity to get ready for the day ahead.

Some guests did not have a great stay from the outset encountering problems on check-in whilst trying to confirm reservations. Common problems were that reservation requests were not able to be honored, people were double charged for rooms and keys consistently not working.

A handful of guests had some trouble with the speed of the free Wi-Fi. Guests commented that this service really only lets you perform basic internet tasks. A premium service is available but for an extra price and the guests who stayed at the hotel were not happy that the had to pay additional to access faster internet.
