One of the first things guests mentioned in their reviews was that they could find no fault with the cleanliness of their room. They felt that housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything as clean as possible.

A number of guests mentioned that they were very happy with the shopping and dining options in the immediate neighbourhood. There was said to be a major mall very nearby, and great places to eat as well.

Quite a number of guests mentioned finding the beds very comfortable, indicating that the hotel may have succeeded in selecting a mattress with genuinely broad appeal.

Many guests felt that the standard rooms really were a bit too small, especially when occupied by two people. When luggage was added in the mix, there was said to be insufficient space to move around comfortably.

Guests really didn’t think much of the breakfast offered. There were many complaints, but most of them related to the lack of variety in general and the fact that only carbohydrate foods were offered. There was not even so much as a nod to the other two macronutrients.

This was perhaps the most common, and most serious, complaint. Guests got the distinct impression that the property was unloved. They speak of trash lying around outside and numerous little dings, scratches and other small maintenance issues that had not been addressed.
