Guests often say the rooms are exactly "what you would expect" for a Hampton Inn: very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast, however, exceeds many guests expectations, in terms of both quality and variety. Guests love the various toppings for the hot oatmeal, as well as the omelets, pancakes, waffles, yogurts, and pastries. The fresh fruit and coffee are available 24 hours.

Many guests appreciate the hotel's location, which is very close to an outlet shopping mall. The hotel is also surrounded by a nice mix of casual and chain restaurants, and within a short drive of Cape Henlopen State Park, the Cape May ferry, and Rehobeth Beach.
