Excellent value for money
Hampton Inn Nashville Vanderbilt is one of the most affordable places to stay in the area. You'll get what you pay for when you stay here, even more. For a reasonable amount, you get to enjoy quality accommodations and exceptional services.
positive:
Various kinds of restaurants abound in the area
Across the street are numerous places to eat, ranging from Taco Bell to a white tablecloth sit-down restaurant, and microbrewery with some tasty craft beers. There's a place called "The Row," right across the street, which serves up a delightful assault to your palate. There are so many nearby restaurants to visit when you stay here.
positive:
Security is top-notch
Guests loved how safe and secured the entire establishment is. The parking lot is secure and you need a card key to get into the hotel and elevator. In addition, the surrounding area seems nice and safe, with no strange-looking people loitering around.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Dirty elevator with some issues
Few guests expressed their disgust at the state of the elevator in the hotel. Aside from the remarkable stains on the facility, the elevator also makes a screeching sound as it operates, making guests feel anxious and scared. You can always take the stairs to your floor if you have the energy.
negative:
Poor customer service at the front desk
Some receptionists seem to refuse making eye contact, which bothered some guests. In addition, the lobby can get easily crowded during check-in, so better come to the hotel earlier.
negative:
Disappointing complimentary products/services
Upon entry, you'll be informed that you'll receive a free bottled water in your room, but you might be disappointed to find out that the free item is child-sized. Moreover, the free shuttle service can be difficult to book, while the free Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable.
