Although Hotel Mondial is close to all the action, it is actually situated in a small private street. The noise from the hustle and bustle of nightlife in the area does not reach the hotel itself so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

If you're on a tight budget but need more than just a backpackers, this hotel is perfect for you. Although the rooms are not highly equipped with top quality facilities, you get exactly what you paid for.

Even though this hotel offers lifts to reach the upper floors, you might want to consider taking the stairs instead. There have been some complaints that the lift system is very old and quite scary to use. If you are claustrophobic, these smalls lifts are not for you.

When coming to Paris on vacation, it would be a bonus to get a lovely view of the city. However, as expected for a budget hotel, this one does not offer up any desirable view. If your top concern is the view, you might want to spend a little more money on accommodation.
