The rooms were found to be clean and cosy by many guests who enjoyed the clean space, the cosy furnishings and the functional bathrooms. The rooms were also of good temperature for guests to feel comfortable.

The views from the balconies and common areas of the hotel were found to be ideal by many guests who had panoramic views of the city. Without having to leave the rooms, some guests enjoyed the views from their rooms.

The hotel is located in a good area that is walking distance from many metro stations to explore the city. There are also various restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Whether on foot or metro, it was a good place for exploring the city.

The rooms were thought to be too small by some guests who wished there was more space available for them to move around. The rooms would have been perfect if there were space enough for luggage and the guests.

Some rooms were found to do a poor job of reducing the noise level coming from the outside or next door rooms. Some guests could hear their next door neighbours, the vibration from the subway and the general traffic.

Some guests were disappointed that the breakfast was not included and that the fee for it was quite expensive. They did not find the breakfast to be worth this amount of money, especially for the already heavy price of the accommodation.
