Guests are happy with the standard of accommodation at this hotel. It is basic accommodation with limited amenities but the rooms are well-kept, recently-renovated and clean which guests appreciate.

This hotel offers a good location in Paris. Guests like the surrounding area which offers plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and particularly appreciate the nearby Pyrenees metro station which is very convenient for exploring the rest of Paris.

Guests can't fault the members of staff at this hotel. They describe them as helpful and friendly and welcoming as well. This high standard of service is one of the reasons guests would happily return to this hotel in the future.

Guests are slightly disappointed to discover that there isn't a kettle or any means of making a hot drink in their rooms. Ideally, guests would like the use of a hairdryer as well.

This hotel doesn't provide a complimentary breakfast but instead sells a continental breakfast which guests can then consume in their rooms. Guests mention that this doesn't represent great value for money with it consisting of just a croissant, jam, butter and black coffee. However, as an alternative, there are nearby eateries such as McDonald's and cafes which serve breakfast.

According to feedback, there isn't a lift in this hotel, so it can be a little challenging for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage to reach their rooms. If you think this might be a problem for you, try and secure a room on a lower floor is possible.
