The hotel has been recently refurbished. Although some rooms were found to be small, guests reported that they were comfortable, clean and serviced daily by housekeeping.

Staff were reportedly friendly and ready to provide tourist information and assistance.

Guests found the hotel to be a little noisy at times. The walls are not well insulated and guests are able to hear the television as well as other noises comes from the adjacent rooms. Some guests were also disturbed by the sound of traffic in the evening
