Even though guests found the food offered in the on-site restaurant above average, there were quite a few complaints about the lack of quality service. There were also mention of disinterested staff members and unfriendly waiters.

Although this hotel is not primarily self-catering, guests would have liked to see an in-room fridge and microwave. This would make it a lot easier to save on expensive dining. With that being said, most guests still enjoyed their experience at this hotel.
