The staff are very friendly and put in a lot of effort to help guests with their needs. Reception check-in is usually quite quick as well. The restaurant and bar staff are also very friendly and try to take drinks orders and bring food quite quickly.
The on-site car park offers free parking to guests and is very spacious. This is good because the hotel can be used for business meetings as well as for wedding receptions when lots of guests can arrive so having ample parking is certainly a plus.
