There are laundry facilities located in one central public area and the reception desk sells cleaning products if you need them.

There is an on-site swimming pool which is located outdoors. This is the perfect place to start the day or to hang out at in the evening after a long journey. The hot tub is also super-relaxing and very popular with guests. The fitness centre is small, but the machines are more than adequate and the treadmills even have in-built televisions.

Guests feel they have been greeted with a smile here and that check-in is fast and efficient. Staff throughout the property go above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The breakfast attendants ensure the food is kept fully stocked and the guestrooms are kept clean.

The road system around here can be quite confusing as many parts are toll roads. If you don’t want to get stung with charges then you need to plan your journeys in advance to avoid them. Guests have also stated that this property is not the best choice if you are travelling without a car.

Some guests have booked here expecting a luxury hotel and therefore have been disappointed to find it is a budget property.

Guests feel that the cleanliness apparent in the guestrooms is not extended to the public areas and that more needs to be done to keep the whole hotel, for example the hallways, cleaner.
