Visitors remarked that this hotel is close to places they needed to be, such as the hospital. It's also not too far to other points of interest such as the University or the Air Force Base. In addition, visitors remarked that the location isn't in the heart of town. For this reason, it can be rather peaceful and quiet.

Guests remarked that they thought the beds were rather comfortable. Furthermore, they enjoyed having the kitchen amenities in the room because they were able to prepare meals and, if needs be, save them in the fridge. Whether it was a short stay or a longer one, visitors enjoyed the home amenities offered based on visitor comments.

Guests remarked that the staff of the hotel does a decent job of providing help to their visitors. Whether it's providing information about the hotel or addressing visitors' individual needs, the staff here does a great job according to travellers.

Visitors mentioned that while the hotel suites do have a kitchen, finding all of the supplies was challenging. Guests mentioned that some of the needed cutlery and crockery aren't always  in the room, and they had to see the front desk staff for the supplies. For visitors, this was not really ideal.

According to visitors the housekeeping department overlooks particular areas of the room. In particular, visitors cited that the floors could be cleaner and that refrigerators should be checked for leftover items before the next guests arrive. While not exceedingly dirty, the hotel's housekeeping staff does need to pay closer attention based on visitor reviews.
