Due to its fully-equipped private kitchen provided inside the rooms, most guests were more than satisfied that they were able to cook and prepare heavy meals or dishes all throughout the day. According to them, it was more practical and convenient compared to buying food at the nearby restaurants.

Most guests were not contented with the quality of the grab and go breakfast served at the hotel. The choices were quite limited so most guests had to either prepare their own breakfast using the private kitchens provided in the rooms, or go out to other restaurants to buy food.

Guests were appalled with the poor quality service provided by the staff. Some were unfriendly and inattentive. Moreover, staffs were not sensitive with the needs of the guests and lacked proper qualities suitable for hotel employees.

Aside from the strong and irritating smell of smoke in the hallways, most guests were disappointed with the unpleasant smell inside the rooms. It smelled like piss and tobacco which were not remove despite efforts by the housekeeping team to disinfect of spray air fresheners.
