You will probably be satisfied with the location. In addition, it is difficult to find lodging at the price you will pay at this facility. There is a great Mexican and Sushi place for eating nearby as well. Publix and a bar is close by as well.
There is a full kitchen but no cookware and utensils to use it! Because housekeeping is not automatic, you won't find your bed automatically made up, floors vacuumed, and towels and wash cloths cleaned. It depends on your temperament, but most people may find the lack of housekeeping a big hassle. It's like nobody's around!
You may encounter a strong disinfectant type smell and mold in the shower. The front desk won't be much help, so you are pretty much on your own.
The facility's appearance leads a lot to be desired. Trying to use outdated and broken furniture and appliances is no fun. It appears that the unit's countertops were spray painted and not properly cleaned. You will most likely find piles of dirt untouched for the whole time you stay at the facility. It's pretty much unkempt and you might feel it's a waste of your money regardless of the low price.
