Clean, comfortable, "like new" rooms..
Guests often comment that the Embassy Suites Savannah Historic District is one of the chain's newer locations, and has been very well maintained. The rooms are widely described as very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Families and groups love the added space and privacy of the two-room layout as well as the convenience of the mini fridge and microwave.

True Southern hospitality..
Many guests have given the front desk and management staff rave reviews for their warm smiles and professional customer service. Most guests find something to like in the complimentary breakfast buffet, and the nightly manager's receptions are very much appreciated.
positive:
A good choice for tourists..
Guests note that the hotel is located opposite the Savannah College of Art and Design Museum. The many attractions of the Historic District and riverfront are within a comfortable stroll for most, but pedicabs and taxis are also readily available for those who prefer a lift.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Housekeeping matters..
Several guests were disappointed to find that the housekeeping team did not make it to their room every day of their stay. Others found they needed to request fresh towels or similar items after their rooms had been serviced.
negative:
A kiddie pool..
Guests often note that the pool is on the smaller side and, as the hotel is popular with young families, it fills quickly with happy kids.
negative:
Big crowds at breakfast..
Though the complimentary breakfast has received many positive reviews, the general opinion seems to be that the space is not large enough for the crowd at "prime time". Some report a bit of a "feeding frenzy" atmosphere, with stiff competition for the available tables and overwhelmed staff.
