Unusual rooms with a view
The hotel features an unusual circular design, which results in pie-shaped rooms. Many guests describe them as clean, comfortable, and spacious. Families, couples, and groups appreciate the privacy and flexibility afforded by the two-room layout, as well as the convenience of the kitchenette. Upper floor balconies offer exceptional views.

A Very Happy Hour..
Many guests rate the nightly Manager's Reception highly for the well stocked bar and tasty snacks, which sometimes include fresh Philly pretzels. Guests also note that the pleasant lobby space offers plenty of seating indoors and out.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A long way down..
Guests on the upper floors soon realize that the elevators are very, very slow. There are three for the 28-floor building and many have reported a 15-20 minute wait each time they wanted a lift.
negative:
Chaos for breakfast..
The complimentary breakfast is held on the upper floor of the attached T.G.I.Friday's, and the general opinion seems to be that the space is not large enough to accommodate the crowds. Guests who arrive after 8:30 am report a "feeding frenzy" atmosphere, with stiff competition for the available tables and overwhelmed staff.
negative:
Pricey valet parking..
Several guests were disappointed to find that valet parking was the only option, and many considered the charge unreasonably high, if in line with the going rate for central Philadelphia. A few guests were inconvenienced by long waits for their cars, while others were flatly refused help with their luggage.
