This property’s interstate location ensured that it was perennially popular with those passing through the area. Not only did this put historic downtown Franklin in easy reach, but this interstate location provided great onward access to Nashville.
positive:
Outstanding atrium
This hotel’s atrium was its outstanding visual feature; guests loved the airy look and feel of the space. This public area added considerable appeal to this property.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Long lines for late check-in
This hotel has a check-in time of 4 p.m., which many found to be far too late for their liking. Additionally – when the front desk did finally begin to assist arriving guests – many found that long lines for check-in were a considerable issue. Understandably, this made for some poor impressions and did have a negative impact on a number of guests.
negative:
Hot rooms, cold breakfasts
There were consistent reports here of hot and even stifling units, especially on the upper floors of this property. In stark contrast to this, many reported that the cooked-to-order breakfasts here – especially the egg dishes – were served absolutely stone cold.
negative:
Signs of renovation still evident
While the recent revamp of this property is appreciated, many reported spotting tell-tale signs of refurb. Masking tape on fixtures was a particular problem and gave rooms a cheap, low-budget feel.
