Numerous reviews mention how wonderful the staff are at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park. Many previous guests report that the staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful with any requests or concerns.

The prime location is a focal point of many guest reviews, which state that numerous attractions are within walking distance such as the Georgia Aquarium, Georgia World Congress Centre, numerous sporting venues and much more!

Many guests reported their delight at the complimentary made-to-order breakfast served on-site, with the omelet station in particular receiving high praise; the ideal start to a day of sight-seeing! Additionally, a number of guests loved the dinner and dessert at the on-site Ruth's Chris Steak House.

Dated, worn-out furniture and décor in both common areas and rooms was an issue raised by numerous guests, however the hotel is currently undergoing upgrades to bring the décor up to date, which are due to be completed by early-mid 2016.

While some guests were happy with the parking service, others were not impressed by the long waits for valet parking, nor the fees incurred. At busy times the wait is reportedly excessive and a number of guests indicated they would like to see a self-parking option at the hotel.

A few guests indicated that they weren't impressed with the quality of the food and drinks at the Evening Reception, reporting that wine was served in paper or plastic cups and the food was of low quality. Other guest reviews indicated that the free drinks and snacks were appreciated after a busy day in Atlanta.
