positive:
Convenient, well connected location.
Guests appreciate the 24/7 complimentary hotel shuttle, which departs for the airport every 20 minutes or so. The T-Station is within a 5 minute walk, though you can be dropped off there as well. Downtown Boston is only three stops away on the Blue Line.
positive:
The airplanes are seen but not heard.
Despite the international airport literally next door, guests frequently comment that the hotel is well sound-proofed and their sleep is not disturbed by the air traffic. Further, most guests find the beds, and rooms overall, to be clean and comfortable.
positive:
Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Most guests enjoy the wide selection of hot and cold items on offer at the complimentary breakfast, noting that every family member can find something to his or her taste. The fresh fruit and cheeses at the daily Evening Reception do not go amiss either,
Negative Reviews
negative:
Confusion around free Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi is free for HHonours members, the Hilton's loyalty program. It costs nothing to become a member, and guests who sign up at check-in can access the free Wi-Fi right away, which otherwise costs about $10 per day.
negative:
Small fitness centre for a hotel of its size.
Several guests have noted that the fitness centre is small given the number of guests who might use it, with limited cardio equipment. The pool is perhaps best for guests with young kids, as it is smaller than some guests expect and has no deep end.

Be sure to enter through the airport...
To get to the hotel entrance, it is necessary to go through the airport, a situation which definitely confused more than one guest who arrived by car. The other disadvantage for guests on a road trip is the lack of self-parking. Valet parking is about $35
