Many guests expressed their satisfaction with the quality of the beds. They were clean, soft, and warm so guests were able to sleep comfortably. The king size beds were of great quality and pretty decent compared to the price of the rooms.

Rooms need renovation and refurbishing
The rooms are damaged and need some serious refurbishment according to most guests. There were molds on the walls and inside the bathrooms, which needed proper cleaning. The in-room design, equipment, and furnishing were also outdated so they needed to be replaced.

Guests had issues with unsafe parking area provided for them. There were suspicious looking people hanging out within the area so most guests were quite uncomfortable leaving their cars and important valuables inside their vehicles.

Poor in-room sound insulation causes discomfort
Most of the previous guests were dismayed with the different noises coming from both inside and outside of the hotel. The conversations can be clearly heard at the adjoining rooms as well as yelling, screaming, and loud arguments due to ineffective soundproofing. The use of earplugs is highly recommended!
