Excellent gastronomic experience!
With the hotel's free breakfast, guests felt that they've already got their money's worth. Most of the guests commended the make-your-own Belgian waffles, oatmeal, and cereals. On some days, there is also a happy hour where a scrumptious supper and adult beverages are served.

Many attractions to visit nearby
Whether you are just staying overnight and has a quick flight the next day, this hotel is excellent according to guests. It is very near Las Cruces International Airport or driving through via Interstate 10. Moreover, the Historic Old Mesilla and New Mexico State University are just a short drive away.

Competent staff members
Most of the previous guests have nothing but appreciation and admiration for the staff members- from the receptionists and housekeepers to the pool boys and valet guys. All are equally good at their jobs, and all are approachable and friendly.

Unreliable Internet connection
The hotel cannot seem to keep the Internet working. Guests reported that whenever they try to access the web, Internet connection shuts off. Video streaming and uploading photos seem like a difficult task to do. Therefore, if you're going to stay here and needs to be online, you might want to bring your own Internet device.

Dated in-room amenities
While the rooms are clean and reasonably priced, most of the amenities seemed very dated according to guests. In particular, guests expressed that the shower and tiles in the bathroom are heavily in need of an update.

Room soundproofing is not enough!
There are various kinds of noise noted by previous guests on their reviews. Among their complaints are kids running around the hallways, loud talking from adjacent rooms, and noise emitted by the closing of doors. Moreover, since the hotel is pet-friendly, the barking dogs also caused inconvenience.
