Hotel La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Las Cruces Mesilla Valley (Las Cruces, USA)

Being closer to the Interstate 10 and lots of local areas of attraction to visit made this hotel quite popular among tourists. There were many shops selling unique artisan handworks and local crafts. The New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum was a hit among children.

Guests appreciated warm hospitality of the helpful staff. The guests were quoted saying that the staff was always ready and eager to fix any problem then and there. Whether it was asking for an extra key or directions to a nearby local place, the staff was very prompt.

The hotel is one of the few places that entertain pets as much as the owners.  One of the biggest worries of the pet owners was resolved by allowing pets to stay here. Breakfast was sumptuous with a huge spread of fresh fruits, cereals and muffins, along with unlimited juice and coffee.

According to some guests, bathrooms were extremely dirty with cracked, stained floors, moldy walls and rusty showers with no soap or shampoo. Some of the guests even found hair on the floor and towel. Moreover, French windows in the bathroom did not offer the required privacy. Rooms were dusty and carpets had a musty smell to them.

Absence of refrigerators in most of the rooms in hot weather was very inconvenient for guests. In addition to that, many guests faced the issue of no air-conditioning in their rooms. Rooms and corridors smelled of smoke all the time.

Guests have reported confusion in booking the rooms. Rooms booked were not the actual rooms allotted which created a lot of confusion and despair among guests. No alternate arrangements or adjustments could be made for the error caused during room bookings.
