Dreamhouse London City are self-catering but there are numerous bars and restaurants in the area as well as reasonably priced supermarkets. A fifteen-minute walk north of the apartments is Angel where guests will find a thriving nightlife. Alternatively visitors can head south to the River Thames along which some London’s most iconic attractions can be found, such as the Houses of Parliament.
With Barbican station a ten-minute walk away guests have easy access via the tube to both central London and The City, London's financial district. The apartments are also well situated for visitors keen on exploring the city by foot as St Paul's Cathedral and the River Thames are around twenty minutes away.
These large apartments are decorated in an elegant and modern style. They come well equipped with a large TV, iPhone docking station and music system. The kitchens are kitted out with an oven, dishwasher and microwave making this a practical place to stay.
The supermarket around the corner makes cooking at home very convenient and guests like having a separate living area which gives their stay the feeling of a home away from home.
Previous guests have found numerous issues with the upkeep of the apartments from wobbly door handles to broken elevators and while there is a cleaning service their work is said to be below par which can put a dampener on your stay.
Guests have complained of booking into the London City development but instead finding themselves placed in one of the apartments in Vauxhall. Others have been less than impressed when the management have failed to fix issues and instead simply moved them another of their apartments.
