Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Jackson (Jackson, USA)

A favorite among Doubletree patrons is the warm welcome cookie on arrival that is presented to guests. This Doubletree did not disappoint with a number of guests commenting on the best cookies ever! A number of guests also had a great nights sleep at the hotel commenting that the beds seemed extra comfortable and lush.

The breakfast offerings at the hotel gained special mention across a number of reviews, owing to the excellent quality of the food, broad selection and attentive and friendly morning staff at the resturant.

A number of guests reviewers left very favorable comments about the staff at this Doubletree, who it seems went out of their way to help guests to have a comfortable stay. No requests or need for attention was to small with staff attending to guest needs swiftly and professionally.

Some guest reviewers expressed their frustration about not receiving daily housekeeping services without significant promoting to both the housekeeping staff and hotel management. These guests where disappointed as they expected more from their Doubletree experience.

Some guests commented that they felt that the hotel needs a complete remodel to bring it in line with other hotels across the Doubletree brand. A number of guests thought that a remodel was desperatly needed to eradicate the musty smelled of old mildew in the bathrooms, obvious stains on carpets and soft furnishings that have seen better days.

Guests who ordered room service during their stay did not feel that their meal arrived in a time, such that it was barely warm on arrival. Some guests also felt that the menu was average and did not have the range of food that they would of expected across this brand.
