The common areas were found to be pleasant for most guests. They enjoyed having a swimming pool, a fitness room that was modern and a bistro that had good customer service. The parking was nice and spacious and the lobby areas modern.

The reception and people working the bistro were found to be courteous and professional. They were up to the hotel standards and many guests were glad about this. Some of them were mentioned by name and guests were surprised when they were remembered by name and acknowledged.

Most guests return to this hotel because they are very pleased with the consistent cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and overall hotel. They enjoy knowing the hotel will meet high standards when it comes to cleaning and also enjoy having spacious rooms.

Guests who stayed in rooms facing the interstate recommend future guests to request a room on the opposite side. The traffic noise and the noise from hallways was a bit distracting for a good night’s sleep.

Many guests were not impressed with the overpriced bistro and the lack of dining options in the area. They felt that for the price, they could at least have a free breakfast offered to them.

The hotel is said to be in a boring area and not near anything of particular interest. It seems to be in a developing zone of town and if guests wanted to eat somewhere outside of the bistro, they had to take the car down several exits.
