Numerous hotel guests have said that the staff is very friendly and works hard to ensure that you have everything that you need. The front desk staff, in particular, has been highly regarded by past guests and has made their stays even more enjoyable.

A number of guests have enjoyed the free airport shuttle that is offered by the hotel. This made it easy for guests to spend the night at the hotel and then fly out of Piedmont Triad International Airport first thing in the morning.

Past guests have liked the hotel's location, as it sits right along Interstate 40 and is close to numerous dining and shopping options. Downtown Greensboro is easily accessible from the freeway, as well, which was appreciated by business travelers.

Many guests of this hotel were disappointed by the fact that there isn't a free breakfast offered. These guests felt as though given the cost of a room at the hotel, that a breakfast should have been included. Guests have also said that the breakfast isn't very good for the price.

Although much of the hotel has been renovated, the elevators are quite old and very slow. Guests did not like using these elevators because it took a long time to get where they were going and the elevators did not look like they were in good shape.

There have been complaints about the noise levels from both the freeway and neighboring rooms at this hotel. Guests have been disturbed by this noise in the past and it has taken away from their overall experience at this property.
