Marriott Denia La Sella Golf Resort and Spa is a non-smoking property which is great for those who do not imbibe and prefer that their room smells fresh and not like the acrid, stale aroma of second hand smoke.

There’s nothing like adding a spa day to your holiday agenda, especially when you can have that spa treatment and then just head back to your room for a cat nap. With the addition of a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam at your disposal, you can stay relaxed for the duration of your stay.

The warm and friendly staff welcomes you at check in and is there for you throughout your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and the concierge can point you in the direction of local sights, eateries and entertainments and help you with all your transportation needs.

There are no tea and coffee facilities in the guest rooms which can be a drag first thing in the morning when you want an instant pick me up. But instead, you need to either get dressed and go out, or order room service, which means that not only do you have to wait for your caffeine fix, but there’s an extra added expense.

The Internet connection is not reliable here, which be problematic if you're travelling on business or trying to get an email out in a hurry. Luckily, the Wi-Fi is good and strong in the public spaces.

Although the guest rooms at Marriott Denia La Sella Golf Resort and Spa are clean, the furnishings are tired and a bit dated. The bathrooms could absolutely use a refurbishment as could the linens, towels and window treatments. In addition, the carpets are worn and the TVs are the old, boxy variety that one hardly even sees any more.
